The one-night stay at this place was excellent, with well-maintained facilities and a comfortable atmosphere.

Enjoyed the service, including shuttle to the station. The unit we got was budget with funny towel and a large bathroom.

the breakfast offered breads and cakes, was gorgeous and very good and with divine croissants. it had very central location close to a popular central plaza.

The room was quiet and affordable, with a spacious bathroom, located conveniently near a restaurant, bar, famous landmarks.

Fantastic location in a secure area really close to the main center of Bruge as well as the many restaurants. Pleasant staff members, cheap rooms with a bath, comfortable bed, a good breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Biskajer. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and even had a chandelier in the bedroom. Breakfast was generous and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was excellent- which made exploring the city of Bruges an easy walk.

The delicious breakfast included fruits and cooked meats. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and exceptional.- The location was great, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from a medieval bell tower.

The staff and location was excellent, they were very polite and informative when asked about places of interest and directions.

It is very misleading to rate this hotel as 4 Star. It most certainly is not, the room we were allocated is described as Grand Twin Room, number 304. On opening the door we could not fully enter because the door was wedged against the wardrobe door,[ the only one] that the maid had left open. The room appeared very dark and uninviting due to the decor,the wallpaper had lifted in various sections of the room and the view was very poor. The beds were adequate and the pillows appalling [very lumpy] overall the room was very, very small.The bathroom was a disgrace very old ragged towels and loose toilet seat. We have never experienced trying to shower by holding it in one hand whilst standing in the bath holding your shampoo in the othe hand! I have travelled extensively over the years in business and pleasure and can assure you this is the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I would rate this hotel 2/3 star bearing in mind the price we paid 230 euros for 2 nights I have stayed in better 3 star hotels in Paris for less. You may ask why not complain? If we were staying longer we would have,it was a quiet location and the staff were excellent so we prevailed. Bruges hotels are obviously overvalued in category and seriously need to be reassessed. On our booking conformation the room description says spacious! I suggest you take this up with the management, for future travellers sake it is very misleading.

The hotel is in an incredible and amazing location with good parking. It's a short walk to Jan van Eyck Square and the famous mills. The rooms are brand-new and cheap, equipped with hypo-allergenic pillows. They offer a mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe in the rooms.
